Repair Notes
Front Porch:
Prep and paint the ceiling and maybe put new porch carpet.
Living Room:
Prep and paint the ceiling and maybe put in new flooring.
Home Office/Game Room:
Prep and paint the ceiling, and 14 feet of wood trim, and maybe put in new flooring.
Bedroom #1:
Prep and paint the ceiling, new light fixture, and new carpet.
Stairs:
Prep and paint the stair railing and maybe put in a new carpet.
Bathroom:
Needs vanity with sink, prep and paint ceiling, check and fix tile in the upper part of the shower, new light fixture, maybe put new tile or vinyl flooring.
Bedroom #2:
Prep and paint the ceiling, new light fixture, new curtains, and maybe new flooring.
Bedroom #3:
- Prep and paint the ceiling, new light fixture, new curtains, and maybe new flooring.
Dining Room:
Prep and paint the ceiling, and new light fixture and maybe put in new flooring.
Kitchen:
The kitchen will need a new countertop, fix 1-2 cabinet door hinges, replace 2 cabinet drawer fronts, cabinets could use new paint, take off drop ceiling, prep and paint the ceiling, new light fixture, and maybe put new vinyl flooring.
Back Door:
Prep and paint the door and replace the lock.
Basement:
Check electrical and plumbing.
Check on the condition of the hot water heater and furnace. If needed we have a company that can put in both a new furnace and hot water heater with labor included for $2,200 dollars. Super cheap!!! If needed.
We have never lived at this property. It is part of a 22-house package we purchased in the last 90 days.
Front of House:
Looks in good shape, I was going to take down the large antenna. My guys didn’t bring the generator and the grinder. Sorry.
The right and left side of the House:
Looks in good shape.
Back of the house:
Prep and paint or put in 2 boxes of new vinyl siding.
Driveway:
Looks in good shape.
Garage:
Not sure how much work it will need. It has left behind personal belongings and trash. We have never lived at this property. It is part of a 22-house package we purchased in the last 90 days.
