could wait for some time. We painted all the foundation, the front and back

steps, front and back doors and the window frames white.


Living Room:

Prep and paint the ceilings and walls, 1 new light fixtures and polish the

hardwood floor.


Bedroom #1 and #2:

Prep and paint the ceilings, 2 new light fixtures, and new curtains, polish the

hardwood floors.


Kitchen Dining Room Combo:

All the kitchen cabinets need to be polish or new paint, also new handles and

one cabinet door needs to be replace. Check the plumbing, prep and paint

ceiling, one new light fixture and maybe put new vinyl flooring.


Bathroom:

Replace one door on the vanity. Clean the bathtub, check plumbing, prep and

paint ceiling, replace light bulbs on the light fixture and maybe put new tile

or vinyl flooring.


Laundry Room:

Check on the condition of the hot water heater and furnace. Prep and paint
